Siegelheim: Local businesses began to call us to franchise their businesses. I really enjoyed this aspect of the law and started to really focus on franchising.

Siegelheim: Helping clients come up with ways to resolve legal issues proactively before they develop into larger (and more expensive) issues.

Siegelheim: A great client is a client that understands that a successful franchise system is driven by growth of same store sales, not just franchise sales.

Siegelheim: A great franchise attorney understands that a strong legal strategy also has to factor in ongoing franchise relationships. A short-term legal "win" may result in long term scars to the system that take a long time to heal.
