JDog Brands partners with Irreverent Warriors to support Veterans’ mental health and sense of community.

Every day, an average of 22 Veterans die by suicide. Returning to civilian life can be challenging, especially as many Veterans struggle to cross-apply the skills they learned while serving. JDog Brands, the parent franchisor of JDog Junk Removal & Hauling and JDog Carpet Cleaning & Floor Care, is working to decrease Veteran unemployment rates.
Recently, the brand announced a partnership with Irreverent Warriors, a nonprofit organization that hosts “silkies” hikes across the country to bring Veterans together.
“It’s really great for mental health because, in the military, there’s that camaraderie you have,” said Jerry Flanagan, founder of JDog Brands. “You work together every day with your brothers and sisters. When you get out, you feel broken. You don’t have that anymore.”
