Merrill Thomas the area supervisor for Toppers Pizza in Greeley is gearing up for the 13th annual Skin Sprints competition. Thomas has competed in the Skin Sprints competition since 2011 and is looking forward to winning back the Golden Spoodle.

Said Thomas to the Greeley Tribune, "The competition is pretty intense. We do it at the end of the convention, and beforehand I'm a nervous wreck."
