While working in fine dining, Jacquet found that there was a lack of places to eat quality food. “I wanted to create a place where you can get good food all day long,” said Jacquet.Jacquet’s goal is to grow Grégoire locally and then nationally. Franchisees will have access to a culinary hub kitchen where they can go and pick up fresh food every day.
