Hilton and Grubhub Expand Mobile Delivery Services to Over 2,600 Hotels

Grubhub and Hilton have expanded their partnership and are now offering on-demand food and convenience delivery services at over 2,600 Hampton by Hilton, Tru by Hilton and Spark by Hilton locations. Guests can use a QR code to access Grubhub’s platform — which features over 375,000 merchants — directly from their hotel rooms.

This rollout follows the success of Grubhub Onsite at Homewood Suites by Hilton and Home2 Suites by Hilton, where delivery orders have doubled since the program’s introduction in 2023. In addition to food options, guests frequently order travel essentials like phone chargers and toiletries.

"Expanding our partnership with Hilton is a testament to our successful alliance and the strong demand for our service among guests seeking convenient, affordable delivery," Rob DelaCruz, vice president and general manager of Grubhub Onsite, said in a press release. "Whether it's comfort food from a local restaurant, groceries to complete a meal or forgotten toiletries, we're devoted to supporting Hilton's guests while they're away from home."

Guests staying at participating hotels can also take advantage of a free month of Grubhub+, which includes $0 delivery fees and 5% credit back on eligible pickup orders.
