In the five years since its inception, Home Clean Heroes, an emerging residential cleaning concept, has quickly garnered an impressive amount of interest as a choice franchise in the industry. With 14 units open and increasing agreements executed, more and more entrepreneurs are finding the brand to be a great fit for their career paths.

Home Clean Heroes is proud to be a franchise that allows family dynamics to excel. This brand works so well as a family business due to its carefully crafted model and strong comradery amongst franchise owners,” said Home Clean Heroes President Joe Delatte

A number of Home Clean Heroes franchises are family-run operations that involve multiple relatives working together towards common business and career goals. A recurring service business, the brand’s model offers predictable revenue, flexibility and growing demand in a recession-resistant industry worth $6 billion — an attractive opportunity for those who want to build up a generational business.

Father-daughter duo Timothy and Emily Grandstaff run Home Clean Heroes of North Pinellas, Florida. Tim signed a franchise agreement for two territories over the summer and launched operations in mid-October. They are excited to be in business together, growing a concept they are proud of.

“I found the brand in Entrepreneur Magazine, and what interested us is that it’s a service industry business that gives back the gift of time, to both ourselves as owners and also to other families,” explained Timothy. “It affords us flexibility as a family but also gives more freedom to our customers who have more time in their day when they don’t have to worry about cleaning.”

Timothy handles more of the financial and marketing aspects of the business, while daughter Emily and second daughter Savannah take responsibility for the logistical and operations side, including in-home estimates, scheduling, handling calls and more. Timothy’s third daughter, Hillary, studying marketing in college, will eventually join the company to lead social media.

“Growing up, my dad had always instilled in us not only the importance of working but also that he would like to build a business that my sisters and I could continue on,” said Emily. “I feel like this business specifically can be passed down because it is a recurring service model. The cleaning industry has been growing for a while, and there are no signs of slowing. It’s something we can scale and grow and can pass on to me and hopefully my future children one day.”

Other family franchises within the Home Clean Heroes system include Jason and Tim Doolittle, brothers who signed for two territories in Rockwall/East Dallas Fort Worth and will begin operations in early 2023.

Kristin and Justin Humphrey, a husband and wife franchisee team in Houston, also have a successful family-run concept. At the brand’s annual convention in November, the Humphreys won the Lightning Fast Start Award and the Super Customer Satisfaction Award.

“We loved that Home Clean Heroes is a new concept under the umbrella of a well-oiled, experienced franchisor — Buzz Franchise Brands,” Kristin said. “As we were one of the first ten franchisees, we knew we would have a direct impact on the direction of the brand and would be able to build strong relationships with the home office team. Also, we recognized that it was a scalable concept that is easy to understand.”

The brand continues to expand across the nation and seek determined individuals who are excited about the prospect of being in business for themselves and creating success that can be shared with their family. Home Clean Heroes is targeting major and mid-level metropolitan areas all over the United States to capitalize on the massive demand for its cleaning services.

The startup costs for a Home Clean Heroes single-unit franchise range from $76,902 to $100,851. To learn more about franchising with Home Clean Heroes, visit http://homecleanheroesfranchise.com
