No matter who you are, where you’re located, how long you have run restaurants, or how busy you are, a visit from the health inspector can happen to you when you least expect it.

While many don’t love this visit, these inspections help restaurant owners (and managers) fully understand how clean and safe your restaurant is! IMPORTANT STUFF.

When you’re prepared and ready for this visit at any time, not only will it be a lot less stressful when it happens, but you will also avoid nasty fees and the potential for some not-so-great PR if things go wrong.
As John Wooden so perfectly said, “Failing to prepare is preparing to fail.”

So… LET'S PREPARE!

To help you think about this, and to better help you know what to do if a health inspector pops into one of your restaurants, on this week’s show, I share 5 TIPS on what to do – as well as 4 TIPS on what to do after the inspection.
