Many of these remote franchises are thriving while brick-and-mortar businesses have had to make significant adjustments.&nbsp;For <a href="https://propertymanagementincfranchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=ifa-remote-franchises-like-property-management-inc-find-success-amid-pandemic-2714119" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Property Management Inc.</a>, a growing property management franchise with the four main pillars residential, commercial, association and short-term rental management, its franchisees have always been able to operate the business from their homes. The option to have an office space is there, but it is certainly not required. According to the brand’s <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/danessa-itaya-87397615?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=ifa-remote-franchises-like-property-management-inc-find-success-amid-pandemic-2714119" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">president Danessa Itaya</a>, the biggest concern surrounding the pandemic&nbsp; was tenants being unable to afford their rent. Thankfully, the brand has been able to continue to support its franchisees by allowing them to adjust their revenue streams to service multiple pillars of the company.“PMI is finding a variety of ways to support franchisees during this time, including waiving required fees for those who want to expand their franchise’s offerings by adding an additional one of our four pillars to their business,” Itaya told IFA. “We’ve also been empowering our Franchise Advisory Council (FAC) to examine partner and vendor relationships to see how they might be leveraged.
