Glendale’s Bayshore, the mixed-use development, has announced adding another tenant. Regus, operated by International Workplace Group (IWG), is a company that provides short-term office space and administrative support services to businesses. The company is leasing over 18,000 square feet in the development. The office space company previously operated in the location but shut down in early 2020, right before the pandemic.

“We are establishing a stronger and much-needed footprint in the region with this latest opening,” said Mark Dixon, CEO and founder of IWG. “Milwaukee County is growing in stature as a business hub and is a fantastic place for us to boost our expansion plans.”

The reopening of Regus will feature private office spaces, workstations and conference rooms. The office spaces are projected to open in the spring, bringing the brand’s total Milwaukee County locations to seven. IWG is continuing to look for landlord partners to fill space, generate revenue and meet consumer demand to provide flexible workspaces closer to employees' homes.
