This may just go down as Jersey Mike’s Subs best week ever. Not only did the submarine sandwich chain get named the “Official Sub Sandwich Shop of the New York Yankees,” it also raised more than $3 million for 150 different charities.

Jersey Mike’s announced on April 9, one day after its Yankees announcement, that the company’s fifth annual “Month of Giving” charity drive during March was a smashing success.

“A heartfelt thank you to our extraordinary customers, franchise owners, team members and charity partners who made the fifth annual Month of Giving our biggest fundraiser ever,” said Peter Cancro, Jersey Mike’s founder and CEO. “We exceeded our goal and are grateful to everyone who helped make a difference in people’s lives.”

The company released a full list of participating restaurants and charities by area for people to see how much money was raised in their local market.

According to the company, since its Month of Giving initiative began in 2011, Jersey Mike’s has raised over $8.3 million for charities across the country.
