However, it will use the roadshow to showcase how the brand will support franchisees as they onboard. While he’s taking the van to trade shows now, Malik will be taking the van to locations such as Atlanta, Houston, Tampa, Dallas and New Jersey, where he will meet potential franchisees.&nbsp;“Not only is this adventure great branding, but this roadshow allows me to get immediately involved with prospective franchisees,” said Malik. “In communities where we have leads along the way, I am inviting them for a meeting. They get to meet the founder, which I think means a lot to them right from the beginning. Meeting at the first handshake, and then again at a deal signing, will be an awesome experience.”&nbsp;Joshua Tree Experts was founded in 2005 as a general tree service and plant healthcare company in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania. After building out the internal team, infrastructure and customer base for nearly a decade, Joshua Tree Experts began to find new ways to service their loyal clients. The company organically expanded to offer lawn care services to clients due to customer demand and established lawn care as its own division in 2017. The addition was an immediate success, and in 2020, Joshua Tree Experts decided to expand its services again with a pest control division.The company now includes multiple revenue streams, which produced 60% of the brand’s 2021 revenue. The brand also saw 20% year-over-year growth this year and rolled over $4.4 million worth of recurring revenue into 2022. That's with only five operating territories in Pennsylvania, so they're looking forward to expanding that footprint with a proven business model.“I’ve already taken the van to two locations so far, and it’s getting great feedback.
