Over the past decade, the company and its franchisees have invested more than $240 million into the initiative, which offers employees access to high school diploma programs, college tuition assistance, ESL courses, and career advising. So far, over 90,000 workers have participated in the program.McDonald’s leadership and franchisees see the initiative as a way to create a “ripple effect of prosperity” for individuals and their communities.
