Founded in Florida by Rose Guillem and her daughters, the brand looks to fill the gap in the market for authentic French pastries and desserts. Originally from France, Guillem found herself looking for a taste of home after making the move to the United States. Since it began franchising in 2012, <a href="http://1851franchise.com/lemacaron">Le Macaron</a> is looking to bring delicious desserts to the residents of Ann Arbor.&nbsp;“I think it could be a nice addition to the downtown maybe,” Guillem told MLIVE. “A little French café, patisserie, salon de thé. Ann Arbor is a big city and there’s place for different kind of macaron.”Le.
