Below are five chains who are targeting North America for growth&nbsp;opportunities:&nbsp;

	<li>Uncle Tetsu: This&nbsp;restaurant is an expert in ultra-fluffy cheesecakes and has two locations in the U.S. with plans to expand.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Crackin&#39; Kitchen: This seafood Michelin star restaurant&nbsp;has roots in Hawaii and is under the&nbsp;Japanese conglomerate Toridoll Holdings Corp. The chain is just one restaurant the portfolio of Toridoll&nbsp;which operates 1,396 worldwide restaurants.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Junkichi&nbsp;Robata Izakaya: The Asian-inspired gastropub&nbsp;sits under the master franchisee of the Japan-based Hokkaido Ramen Santouka chain and plans to franchise if the concept does well.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Go! Go! Curry: The Japanese-curry chain made it&#39;s U.S. debut in New York and has plans to expand franchise opportunities&nbsp;in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Bake Cheese Tart: The Japanese bakery chain is scheduled to bring it&#39;s sweetness to San Francisco this spring.&nbsp;</li>
