After reporting $1.4 billion in revenue in 2017, the brand&rsquo;s new CEO&mdash;Steve Hockett&mdash;is projecting $1.5 billion in 2018.

After being one of the brand&rsquo;s franchisees, Hockett has served at the brand&rsquo;s corporate level for 25 years, and formally stepped into his new CEO role at the beginning of the year. He plans to continue building on the success that Rhoda Olsen experienced during her time as CEO from 2011 to 2017.
