He went on to pursue his masters degree in sports management before landing a job in sales for the Buffalo Bisons and then as an associate area scout for the Toronto Blue Jays.&nbsp;He was in the sports industry for several years and ended up working in sales with the Pittsburgh Pirates before he decided to leave the sports industry to do sales for <a href="https://www.molsoncoors.com/about?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=new-intelligent-leadership-executive-coach-al-fragnoli-inspires-leaders-in-sports-and-education-2717744" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Miller-Coors</a> distributor in southeastern Michigan.
