Local restaurateurs Brad and Jennifer Langford have signed a three-unit deal to introduce the brand’s fresher, customizable, better-for-you offerings to pizza enthusiasts in Seattle.The Langfords are no strangers to the restaurant industry. Within two weeks, I sent out an inquiry.”The Langfords’ quick decision to invest in Oath Pizza can be attributed mainly to the brand’s operational model, which has been explicitly refined to simplify operations and increase revenue for franchise owners.“Being an operations-focused owner, when I read about Oath Pizza’s business model, I realized they had found a way to streamline their operations and customer service to make the numbers work,” Brad explains. “You can have the best product in the world, but if you can’t take the development of a product and streamline it through prep, product, and marketing to your customer, it doesn’t matter how great it tastes. I was shocked at how great this product tastes, and more importantly, the bottom line adds up.”The Langfords’ three-unit franchise agreement may be just the beginning of their partnership with Oath Pizza.
