We now work together, in some capacity, on over 20 food and beverage business locations.”To start, the Lambas and their partners secured rights to develop Paris Baguette on Long Island, and they have since acquired corporate cafés in Queens and Brooklyn. Now, they own two Queens locations, one Brooklyn location and three Long Island locations. There is another café in progress on Long Island.“When we started considering investing with Paris Baguette, we realized that there was so much untapped potential,” Shauny said. “We had done the groundwork to know that we would be successful and with a proper team in place we were able to expand quickly. If I go to a new dentist, for example, and the hygienist finds out I’m involved with Paris Baguette, there’s excitement around the fact that I’m a part of it.
