I have always wanted to open a bakery but never got the chance to do it. Honestly, I never thought I was a skilled enough baker, either. When our family went on vacation in June of 2022, we found a bakery named Paris Baguette, and we loved everything it had. I found out that the brand offered franchise opportunities. There’s nothing like a Paris Baguette in St. Louis, so our family made a decision to invest.Franchising made sense to us because we do not need to know everything about the bakery café industry.
