Monica Ye worked in the IT industry for two decades before the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted her company’s structure. The second, in North Brunswick, NJ, will open at the end of the year, and the third, in Princeton, NJ, is slated to open at the end of 2023.&nbsp; Monica is now searching for location number four.&nbsp;&nbsp;As she prepares for this growth, Ye says she is most excited about the positive reputation Paris Baguette has. All I need to do is promote the product in the area. We are already one step ahead; we just need to get a bit higher.
