Franchising.com: Penn Station East Coast Subs Donates Almost $80,000 To Local Down Syndrome Associations

The donation was a combination of customer and corporate contributions.

Penn Station East Coast Subs recently donated $79,371.57 to the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Cincinnati and the Miami Valley Down Syndrome Association, according to Franchising.com. The contribution was a combination of customer donations garnered by 47 Cincinnati and 15 Dayton restaurants and $50,000 from Penn Station, Inc. 

“This is a cause our founder has been intimately involved with for more than 20 years,” said Craig Dunaway, president of Penn Station. “We’re grateful that our customers joined us in raising money for their local Down Syndrome Associations, so we can help support the great work these organizations do.”
