While attending college in Florida, Stephnoski knew it was the place he wanted to reside for the rest of his life. He had a successful 36-year career in the aviation field before deciding to pursue business ownership himself. A three-decade-long Floridian, he was aware of the need for a pool maintenance business in the local community, which was why he pursued Pool Scouts.
