Longtime Memphians and husband-and-wife team Steven and Anna Laura Kaspar have signed a three-territory franchise deal with <a href="https://poolscoutsfranchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=pool-scouts-customers-steven-and-anna-laura-kaspar-sign-franchise-deal-in-memphis-2713188" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Pool Scouts</a> to provide a much-needed service to pool and hot tub owners in Bluff City. Steven, an IT professional, and Anna Laura, a physical therapist, were already enthusiastic customers of the brand when they decided to invest.&nbsp;“I know from experience that Pool Scouts offers amazing customer service and has a great business model,” Steven said. “Once I went through the discovery process, I was confident in my decision to sign due to the company’s excellent support and established brand recognition.”&nbsp;&nbsp;Steven was especially attracted to the role of a franchise owner because it allows him to maintain his full-time job as a tech manager for Memphis-based Nationwide Marketing Group.
