Pool Scouts Discloses Strategic Growth Strategy for 2018 at Franchise Expo South in Dallas

Premiere pool service franchise looks to connect with potential candidates in key growth market

After closing out 2017 with nine new territory signings across four states, Pool Scouts is entering its third year with strong growth momentum. The brand currently has nine operators across eight states supported by a veteran team of franchise executives who are committed to the success of the pool repair and maintenance franchise.

As Pool Scouts looks to grow its domestic footprint, the brand’s development team will be attending Franchise Expo South in Dallas from January 18 through January 20. The expo draws interest from thousands of entrepreneurs and franchisors annually with investment levels starting at just $10,000. With one of the most competitive offerings in the industry, Pool Scouts is eager to connect with potential candidates about the opportunity to join a growing system.

The brand recently signed a three-territory agreement in Dallas, but according to Director of Franchise Development Timothy Holadia, the market can hold more than 30 locations – making the conference and its host city the perfect spot for recruiting.

“The main reason we chose to attend FES this year is the market. Dallas is one of the best markets in the country for our opportunity,” said Holadia. “There are nearly 200,000 residential pools in the greater DFW area and we’ve already had a lot of interest in that market, including the recent addition of one of our newest franchisees.”

Aside from a large number of residential pools, the mild weather in Dallas year-round means customers can require services as often as every week, making the demand for Pool Scouts services even higher. But it’s not just about volume for the brand, it’s about ensuring the proper candidates are in place to maintain Pool Scouts’ sterling reputation in order to continue driving nationwide success.

“Superior customer service is the key to Pool Scouts’ success,” said Holadia. “The market is so fragmented and many of the existing service providers are unprofessional. We bring a professional approach to residential pool service and maintenance. With that in mind, we need franchisees that understand and embrace that mission. Additionally, a good franchisee is someone that will work hard at building their business, will be willing to learn all aspects of the business model and follow a system.”

Pool Scouts will be in booth 831 at FES from January 18 until January 20 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. They will also be hosting an informational session from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on January 19th at the Aloft Dallas Downtown where interested candidates can come learn more about the brand.
