According to The Bluffton News, Ray Marinacccio, owner of Pool Scouts of the LowCountry, has recently been honored with two awards for his business accomplishments in 2019 including the Highpoint Award for best customer service and the Pool Net Award for the most new customers recruited for the year. In fact, Ray recruited 1.3 times as many customers as in 2018, servicing area pools and hot tubs 2,675 times last year. 

Prior to owning Pool Scouts, the New York native started his professional career as a lawyer in Manhattan and eventually became a state prosecutor. “I was a prosecutor in New York City for a very long time, 18 years actually. I stopped doing that for a while and I got into private investigation work,” Marinaccio told The Bluffton News. “I had always wanted to start my own business and when two of my kids enrolled in Clemson Universit,y I saw it as the perfect opportunity to leave New York and open my Pool Scouts business down here.” 

Marinaccio has been in business with Pool Scouts two years. He’s been able to expand his business across Hilton Head, Bluffton and even Savannah, GA.
