<p>Recent data shows that &ldquo;brand loyalty is alive, well, and living in the hearts of many millennials,&rdquo; <a href="https://www.qsrmagazine.com/exclusives/brand-loyalty-far-dead?utm_campaign=20161110&amp%3Butm_medium=email&amp%3Butm_source=jolt&utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=qsr-brand-loyalty-is-far-from-dead-7545" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to QSR</a>. Surveys from Facebook IQ and Buzz Marketing Group indicated that millennials are just as likely to be loyal customers as Baby Boomers.</p>

<p>&ldquo;Loyalty is far from dead,&rdquo; says Marinn Jackson, head of industry, restaurants, and global marketing services at Facebook IQ to QSR. &ldquo;Millennials want to be loyal to your brand&mdash;but you need to give them a reason to do so.&rdquo;</p>

<p>QSR suggests focusing on the following to increase your business&rsquo;s customer loyalty:</p>
