QSR: Brand Loyalty Is Far From Dead
Despite what you may have heard, recent data proves that consumers, even millennials, are still positioned for customer loyalty
Recent data shows that “brand loyalty is alive, well, and living in the hearts of many millennials,” according to QSR. Surveys from Facebook IQ and Buzz Marketing Group indicated that millennials are just as likely to be loyal customers as Baby Boomers.
“Loyalty is far from dead,” says Marinn Jackson, head of industry, restaurants, and global marketing services at Facebook IQ to QSR. “Millennials want to be loyal to your brand—but you need to give them a reason to do so.”
QSR suggests focusing on the following to increase your business’s customer loyalty:
Provide a quality product
Sounds simple enough, right? But in this day and age when there are so many options, now is time to provide a competitive product.
When businesses provide great customer service, it sticks.
Back to the idea of great quality, make sure that you have an array of quality options to keep your customers happy.
Bringing a child to a business, especially a restaurant, can be extra challenging. Make it as easy for parents as possible, and they’ll be with you for the long run.
Millennials especially are getting most of their information from their phones and other technology. Make sure you have a strong digital presence to meet people at their level.
