QSR Magazine: Jimboy’s Tacos Keeps it Rolling 60 Years Later

The brand will expand into Southern California where it will test out a revamped menu.

Since 1954, Jimboy's Tacos has been serving up its signature Mexican creations in California. According to a recent article in QSR Magazine, the brand will now be expanding throughout the southern region of the state. The new location will serve as a testing zone for a revamped menu.

Jimboy's Tacos is known for the Taquito Burrito, an unofficial menu item that has gathered buzz over the years. It features three taquitos inside of a burrito and its inception can be traced back to local food bloggers.

“It’s gone viral on social media, and while the Taquito Burrito isn’t on the Jimboy’s menu, we love when our fans play with their food and find creative ways to satisfy their cravings,” said CEO Robert Andersen.
