According to&nbsp;<a href="https://bit.ly/2kDp7cP?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=qsr-magazine-jimboys-tacos-keeps-it-rolling-60-years-later-2706677" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="color:rgb(17, 85, 204)" target="_blank">a recent article in QSR Magazine</a>, the brand will now be expanding throughout the southern region of the state. The new location will serve as a testing zone for a revamped menu.

Jimboy&#39;s Tacos is known for the Taquito Burrito, an&nbsp;unofficial menu item that has gathered buzz over the years. It features three taquitos inside of a burrito and its inception can be traced back to local food bloggers.

&ldquo;It&rsquo;s gone viral on social media, and while the Taquito Burrito isn&rsquo;t on the Jimboy&rsquo;s menu, we love when our fans play with their food and find creative ways to satisfy their cravings,&rdquo; said CEO Robert Andersen.
