Already, they say the demand has been massive.&nbsp;“We already closed one deal and turned around the fastest remodel in the history of the franchise,” Jeremy said. “We took a house all the way down and brought it all the way back up in less than five weeks. We had an offer in nine days and put an additional $36,000 in that client’s pocket.”&nbsp;Now, Jeremy says they are in the midst of another remodel, one that highlights another benefit of the ReUp model. “We are helping an older lady who has arthritis and needs help moving out of her home,” he said. “We are helping her make the money she needs to live off of so she can eventually find a new place. That is a really great feeling — we can make a real difference.”In terms of daily operations, Jeremy says their existing infrastructure has been helpful. Since the Morgados already own their own construction company, they are able to hire themselves to handle the remodels, as well as tap into the existing clientele of both homeowners and agents."A typical day for us involves checking up on projects, following up on leads and hiring new people,” Jeremy said. “We're in meetings with brokers and real estate agents, educating them so they, in turn, can educate their clients. We tell realtors that if they have a client with a home over 10 years old, they’re doing their client a disservice by not discussing potential upgrades. The real estate agent earns more money and can be a hero for their client. It’s really a no-brainer."<h2>Big Plans for the Future</h2>With the decision to become Area Representatives, Jeremy and Kalin are ready to bring ReUp’s innovative model to new states all over the country. "We are launching 17 locations in the next three years,” Jeremy said. “Our goal for each area is to do 20 deals a year.”&nbsp;From day one, Jeremy says support from ReUp Living has been stellar and has been a crucial factor in their successful expansion.
