Right at Home franchisee William Dudeck has plans to produce up to 100 jobs in the Santa Fe, New Mexico area with his bustling home health care business in New Mexico.

"Right now I'm working on making the Santa Fe territory as good as I can, but there could be an option to expand into Albuquerque in the future,” Dudeck said. “The venture has already created six jobs between caregivers and a full time office staff member. My goal is to have in-house human resources and marketing staff by the end of the year and I could have 50 to 100 caregivers working for me within a couple of years.”

Employment for home health care aides is expected to grow by 48 percent by 2022, per the Bureau of Labor Statistics, making Dudeck’s intentions hopeful, yet realistic.
