Roark-owned Driven Brands Purchases 1-800 Radiator

1-800 Radiator, the largest franchised automotive parts distributor in North America, marks the newest acquisition by Driven Brands.

Providing replacement parts for radiators and more to over 100,000 independents installers and repair shops across the country, 1-800 Radiator generates system revenues of more than $200 million each year.

Driven Brands, itself acquired by Roark Capital Group in April 2015, is a leading franchise automotive company, and is one of 44 multi-unit brands purchased by Roark.

The organization’s portfolio now collectively brings in $17 billion in annual system revenues spread out across 20,000 locations operating in all 50 states and 75 countries.
