Senior Helpers Town Square locations will be comprised of an indoor, simulated urban environment with more than a dozen distinct storefronts or stations made to operate as 1950s-style diners, movie theaters, libraries, hair salons and gyms. The immersive facility is carefully crafted to transport seniors to the past, helping to preserve cognitive function and memories linked to that part of their lives.

The Town Square model provides a <a href="https://1851franchise.com/seniorhelpers/making-innovation-the-norm-how-senior-helpers-franchise-dictates-the-trends-in-the-home-care-industry-2709174#trending" style="text-decoration-line:none" target="_blank">flexible and more affordable alternative to home care services</a>. As opposed to having to work within a rigid schedule, families are able to decide how many days a week to drop off their loved ones at the enrichment facility.&nbsp;

The Senior Helpers Town Square franchising model will position operators all over the country for success, offering an attractive, flexible opportunity for investors interested in either an owner-operator or absentee model.

Senior Helpers Town Square Franchising will work with local real estate partners to identify Town Square sites. Investors will pick a final location and then a preferred contractor will repurpose the large-scale commercial or retail space to become an idyllic 1950s town. A local Senior Helpers home care franchisee will then staff the Town Square with 10 to 15 aides once opened. Under the absentee model, Senior Helpers franchisees will staff the entire facility.
