The first 50 people that will be attending the grand opening will be treated to a free weekly menu item for the entire year. Others will be awarded with scratch cards for their chance to win an item from the brand.</span></div><div id="pastingspan1"><span style=""><br /></span></div><div id="pastingspan1"><span style="">Franchisee Shane Quail told the <a href="http://www.argusleader.com/story/news/business-journal/2015/12/09/toppers-opening-saturday-picks-second-site/77039054/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=sioux-falls-business-journal-toppers-pizza-creates-limited-time-offers-for-grand-opening-in-sioux-falls-south-dakota-3091" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Sioux Falls Business Journal</a> the new store will be incorporating <a href="http://topperspizza.1851franchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=sioux-falls-business-journal-toppers-pizza-creates-limited-time-offers-for-grand-opening-in-sioux-falls-south-dakota-3091" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Toppers</a>&#8217; new restaurant layout design. The open kitchen layout design will allow customers to watch their food getting prepared.
