Sir Grout, the hard surface restoration concept under the Threshold Brands umbrella, is now targeting Denver, Colorado, for expansion. The Denver population has been on a steady rise, and amidst a climate of rising home values and a demand for quality home services, Sir Grout franchisees will enter a  market with a lot to offer homeowners.

“The population in Denver is growing steadily, and the demand for home services will follow accordingly,” explained Tanisha Chea, president of Sir Grout. “With lots of open territories, we’re excited to establish the Sir Grout brand in the area, begin serving the community and facilitate even further development of the brand.”

While the brand is experiencing strong growth, the population in Denver is doing the same, consistently outpacing the growth rate of the nation as a whole for nearly a century. The Denver Metro area is anticipated to grow to a population of over 3.6 million by 2030.

Further, the home services market is projected to grow by a compound annual growth rate of over 35% from 2019 to 2026. After the trials and tribulations that many businesses faced throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, many home services brands came out ahead. For many, the time at home provided a push to cultivate a space that was loved, not just accepted.

As more families establish roots in Denver, the demand for homes and home services will increase accordingly.

In accordance with Sir Grout’s continued expansion, the brand has identified space for 10 Denver metro area territories, in addition to one location already operating. Alongside a level of pre-established brand awareness in the area, prospective franchisees can expect to receive extensive support from the Sir Grout support team to ensure they are well-equipped to meet the demand of the community.

The brand also provides a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs to secure five revenue streams under the roof of a single business and franchisee. By offering grout and tile restoration, stone restoration, no-sanding wood floor restoration, slip-resistant applications, and high durability coatings, Sir Grout franchisees can cater to various needs by marketing multiple services to a common customer base.

With nearly 50 units open currently, the brand is targeting the establishment of an additional 15 locations in 2022.

“Now is the time to invest in Sir Grout because our trajectory is growing exponentially,” Chea said. “Every month, compared to a year before, we’re outperforming ourselves, and it’s really a testament to how we’re investing in the brand at the corporate level to support franchisees in their growth.”

The estimated initial investment required for a Sir Grout business ranges between $121,830 to $146,710. For more information, visit https://franchise.sirgrout.com/.
