Strategic Franchising Wraps Up Q3 with 33 New Signings; Targeting 150 New Territories Awarded in Total by Year’s End

The company is actively recruiting new franchise owners with a 6-month royalty waiver incentive.

Strategic Franchising Systems, the premier franchise development company that offers aspiring entrepreneurs the opportunity to start a low-cost business in some of the hottest industries, closed out the third quarter of 2022 with a total of 33 new signings across its portfolio. While offering franchises throughout the U.S., the company was excited to enter three new markets for the first time, including Utah, Tennessee, and Idaho.

The multi-brand company, successfully operating for over 20 years, currently offers five franchise opportunities: nationally recognized painting franchise Fresh Coat, senior home-relocation and estate-liquidation concept Caring Transitions, small business and sales coaching concept The Growth Coach, fast-growing natural pet food and pet grooming brand Pet Wants, and the only national provider of total house care, inside and out, for seniors and busy families, TruBlue.

So far, in 2022, all five brands have combined to sell just shy of 100 new territories. And based on a rapidly rising number of applications received on a weekly basis, Strategic Franchising is confident they can sell another 50-plus franchise territories in the last quarter. To help make that happen, all five brands are waiving royalty payments for the first six months of operations to give buyers an added financial incentive to take action now in the fourth quarter.

Chris Seman, President of Strategic Franchising, attributes the Q3 success to “Selling franchises that have services and products that are in strong demand, in both good times and bad. We are in the caring industries, and people will always have to take care of their pets, homes, aging parents, personal possessions, and businesses. These aren’t discretionary. I’m proud that our companies are recession-resistant, and as such, we can help prospective business owners fulfill their dreams and lifestyle goals no matter what the economy is doing. But it’s our existing, dedicated franchise owners who are consistently delighting customers and clients on a daily basis that make our franchise brands so attractive to new buyers.”

Seman says there are several additional reasons behind their impressive franchise growth. For one, every Strategic Franchising brand is home-based, which allows owners to keep operating costs significantly lower than those of the competitors. Additionally, all new franchisees are trained and coached to become “strategic business owners,” properly knowing how to grow a sizable business while also enjoying the process and maintaining personal balance. And finally, all new franchisees have access to trade secrets and best practices; professional business coaching; and proven systems to successfully market and operate their business as well as recruit the right talent. Strategic believes in providing franchise owners with a flexible business “on their terms” to satisfy any and all income and lifestyle goals.

In addition to proven business models and in-depth support, Strategic Franchising Systems is also helping to counter-punch inflation for new franchise owners, as discussed, by giving them a 6-month waiver on their royalties to save thousands of dollars. And new owners can also qualify for the company’s innovative Winner's Circle Program, where they can earn back their entire franchise fee as they achieve certain milestones over time. Both incentives combine to make for a powerful one-of-a-kind program not seen in any other franchise system.

SFS franchise owners also have the opportunity to reap the rewards of a uniquely robust, multi-brand franchise system where they can confidently refer business to each other, attend national conferences with all five brands participating, and benefit from national account opportunities. There is power in numbers.

Now, as Strategic Franchising continues to attract top talent to lead their franchise brands on national expansion, the team hopes to add 50-plus new franchise units by the end of the year. Investment ranges to begin each concept are listed below:

  • The total investment required to start a Fresh Coat franchise ranges from $53,850 to $76,750
