When franchises waivered, the brand deferred $1.5 million in royalty payments and offered unprecedented levels of support to keep businesses afloat.&nbsp;While McAuliffe acknowledges that Sylvan enjoys best-in-class brand awareness, his brand didn’t rest on its laurels over the last year.
