We want Sylvan to be the name that families and teachers think of if a student needs extra help,” Cochran told WILMA. “We want more students. That’s just the nature of business. But more importantly, we want to be a partner with the community.”Cochran, a former teacher, worked as the director of the Jacksonville Sylvan Learning for several years before purchasing the location.
