Tax Day Deals and Promotions Abound

April 15 - or Tax Day - happens every year but it doesn't make the tax deadline any less stressful. In order to alleviate the weight of the day, the following brands are offering customers deals and promotions. 

Boston Market
The brand’s Tax Day Special is a buy-one-get-one individual meal. The special is valid with any individual meal (whole sandwich, whole combo, salad bowl or market bowl). No coupon required.

Great American Cookies*
The cookie company’s tax day tradition is in its third year and includes a free sugar cookie to customers who stop by the store. No purchase or proof of completed taxes necessary.

Schlotzsky’s
The sandwich franchise is also offering free food. Today, participating restaurants nationwide will give each guest one free “The Original Sandwich” if the customer purchases a 32-ounce drink and a bag of chips.

Pizza Hut
Pizza Hut is offering gift cards with its first-ever “Pizza Return” promotion. Participants are eligible to win a Pizza Hut gift card ranging from $10 to $50 if they fill out a form at pizzareturn.com. Customers must note if they are “married ordering separately” and must fill out a list of dependents, which can include creative submissions like “degenerate friends” and “my 4:00 a.m. self.”

McDonald’s
Select locations are offering a buy-one-get-one for a penny deal on Big Macs and Quarter Pounders.

Olive Garden
At Olive Garden, customers can take advantage of a buy one entrée from a select menu and take one of the same entrees home for free.

P.F. Chang’s
The Asian-inspired chain will take 15 percent off a dine-in and carry out order on Wednesday. This discount cannot be applied to alcohol or Happy Hour specials.

Burger King
Use this coupon to claim a buy-one-get-one-free offer on Whoppers through April 19.

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa
Health and wellness franchise Hand & Stone is hosting a “Relax the Tax” promotion. Customers are invited to enjoy a 50-minute introductory massage or facial for $39.95.

Barnes & Noble
