The fast food company hopes to launch mobile ordering nationally later this year
Have you ever wanted a McDonald's Big Mac and fries but didn't feel like waiting in line? There’s good news: The fast food company is testing mobile ordering.
The mobile ordering app will allow customers to place orders ahead of time and pay through the app. The app will use geofencing to see where customers are so they can keep the food fresh.
The option for mobile ordering is only available right now to people in Monterey and Salinas, California and Spokane, Washington but the fast food company said all its restaurants nationwide will be able to handle mobile ordering this year.
