A recent Franchising.com article detailed how Togo’s, a 50-year-old-sandwich brand, has been quietly reviving their image. The sandwich franchise recently announced a brand refresh, anchored by the anthem, "True to the Sandwich."
Togo’s has rooted the updated image in their commitment to putting guests needs first, and continuing to use bold flavors, premium ingredients and generous portions when building their made-to-order sandwiches.
In addition to their revived slogan, Togo’s has introduced their newest signature sandwich, the Pretzelrami, to their menu. The Pretzelrami comes with more than a quarter pound of Togo’s famous pastrami piled high on a soft pretzel roll, includes two slices of white cheddar cheese, and is finished off with tangy yellow mustard, crisp dill pickles, all toasted to perfection.
The evolution of the fast-casual sandwich brand presents an enormous opportunity for prospective franchisees. With more than 220 locations across five states, the company offers plenty of room for growth in both existing and untapped markets.
