Now, he’s expanding his impact with&nbsp;<a href="https://www.trubluefranchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=trublue-franchise-trey-keith-mt-juliet-2729785" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">TruBlue Home Service Ally</a>, a home maintenance and senior support business he’s bringing to Mt. Juliet. Inspired in part by the needs of his own 91-year-old grandmother, Keith is ready to become a trusted resource for homeowners, starting with the territory he’s always called home.1851 spoke with Keith to learn more about his background and his decision to franchise with&nbsp;<a href="https://1851franchise.com/trubluehomeserviceally/info">TruBlue</a>. Here’s what he had to say:1851 Franchise: Frame your personal story for us. What do you want us to know?Trey Keith: I was raised in the territory we bought. Our family has really strong ties to the Mt. Juliet community. This is home.1851: What did you do before franchising, and how did you decide franchising made sense for you?Keith: I’ve spent most of my career as a diesel technician — 21 years doing that here in Nashville. My family owned the company I worked at, and we sold it back in December. After that, we started looking at other opportunities to give back to the community, and that’s how we found TruBlue. I’m also a part-owner in another franchise, Camp Bow Wow Mount Juliet, the doggy daycare business.1851: What was your perception of franchising prior to becoming a franchisee, and what do you want people to know about franchising now that you’re in it?Keith: My father owned the business I worked at, and I am part owner with my brother at Camp Bow Wow. We’ve always had that entrepreneurial mindset — we like being our own boss. And franchising really makes things so much easier, especially when you’re stepping into something you’re not super familiar with. It’s great to have that blueprint already laid out.1851: What made you pick this brand? What excites you most about this company?Keith: I was looking at different franchise options, and someone recommended TruBlue. The more we looked into it, the more it became a no-brainer. What are your plans for growth?Keith: We definitely want to open more territories and be the one-stop shop for anyone who needs home maintenance in our service area.1851: Is there anything else about your story you want us to know?Keith: I have a 91-year-old grandmother who lives by herself, about two hours away. Anytime she needs something, she’s calling someone in the family. That’s part of what made us look into TruBlue. We’ve known it’s an issue — dropping everything to go help isn’t always easy.
