The News-Herald: Willoughby Man Starts TruBlue of Western Reserve Franchise

Quinn Malone, a 27-year-old from Willoughby, is excited to partner with the home maintenance company and fulfill his purpose of giving back to the community.

TruBlue Total House Care, the 80-plus-unit handyman and home services franchise that provides subscription-based home maintenance and handyman services for seniors and busy adults, is continuing to welcome new and eager franchise owners into its system. One of those new franchisees is Quinn Malone, a 27-year-old from Willoughby, Ohio, who recently started TruBlue of Western Reserve.

Malone was featured in an article on The News-Herald, where he discussed his journey to the franchise and his experiences helping his grandfather age in place by making necessary home modifications.

“I started doing some research and came across TruBlue, got an introduction call and hit it out of the park,” said Malone. “This is what we’ve wanted to do and there's a national brand associated with it that is all about caring for others, and increasing their quality of life. That’s what I believe is my purpose and what I’m here to do.”

TruBlue offers monthly and quarterly subscription services, allowing clients to enjoy more time with their loved ones without worrying about household maintenance. Malone says he focuses on small jobs, kitchen and bathroom remodels, and even room additions. TruBlue of Western Reserve has experienced significant interest and outreach since its launch in March, with Malone aiming to serve 30 to 45 homes per month, not including subscription clients.

Malone’s franchise serves areas in Lake and Geauga counties, as well as Gates Mills, Mayfield, Chagrin Falls, Solon and Euclid in eastern Cuyahoga County. He is committed to fulfilling his passion for helping others improve their quality of life and believes TruBlue has great potential for growth in the area. With three employees already on board, he is prepared to hire more to meet the increasing demand for the company's services.
