As more and more people move, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK has seen an increase in sales volumes throughout Virginia.
The housing market across the Peninsula has been drastically improving, as home sales increased by 19.2 percent in February alone. According to the Real Estate Information Network Inc., there were 378 new and existing home sales across the Peninsula last month an increase of 61 sales from 2015.

The Michigan native purchased her first territory in April 2015 and began buying up more territories as the housing market picked up pace.
"We just see so much promise in the Newport News area," Miller said. "A lot of people are moving in and around that part of the area … we feel we're in a good place."
Due to an increase in sales volumes in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake and Norfolk, Hampton Roads experienced a 23.2 percent spike in residential sales, making this the ideal time for Miller’s expansion.
"Business has been steady," said Miller. "We wanted to quickly jump on Newport News and get that territory opened."
