Joe Tuberville started with the brand in 2014 as a franchise business consultant at the company’s Home Office. He was then hired by Oversmith the following year to be the general manager of his Michigan locations. The rest, as they say, is history.“Alan and I hit it off and did well right off the bat,” said Turbeville. “At the time, he had three locations. We started growing the franchise and turning better profits, and within a couple of years, Alan was able to add a fourth unit.
