In a recent interview with Yahoo Finance, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK’s CEO, Jon Nobis, discussed the brand’s initiative to hire 2,000 new employees to keep up with the influx of business during the busiest season of the year. With 380-plus locations across the country, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is the largest franchised moving company in North America with more than 35 years of experience. Nobis, who has been with the brand for 10 years, explained the brand isn’t just looking to fill positions for drivers and movers, but it is also looking to fill management positions. While the brand saw an initial exodus of Americans leaving major cities, Nobis said they’re currently experiencing an influx of people moving into cities.
Nobis also discussed how the brand is able to make entrepreneurial dreams come true with its proven business model. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK created a system that allows franchisees to be plugged in and leverages the brand in their local markets. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK has completed over eight million moves since its inception and was recently ranked as one of the top 500 franchises in the U.S. for the 26th consecutive year by Entrepreneur Magazine.
