Due to the absurdly high demand of wings, the brand treats the big game as the start of their year according to Matt Friedman, CEO and co-founder of Wing Zone. In the article, the company announced that they expect each restaurant to generate $20,000, according to an article on Franchise Times.&nbsp;In order to handle this type of demand, certain processes are put in place to ensure a positive and efficient consumer experience. According to the article, a key initiative for the brand on game day is to stagger the pick-up times for customers, in order to prevent long wait times. By doing so, customers are guaranteed to wait less than 10 minutes. Another tactic is keep up with the demand of many, many wings is slimming the menu. “We run a limited menu where we eliminate a lot of our burgers and apps. And we limit some of the choices on our packs,” said Friedman. “There’s not a lot of customization, it’s about volume and servicing a lot of people, and people understand.”This year, Wing Zone promoted a new product: thigh wings.
