Lynsay Flynt is no stranger to the fitness world. With over seven years of experience in the fitness industry, she has specialized in strategic leadership, lead generation and client engagement. Now she joins Workout Anytime, a leader in fitness franchising with nearly 190 units open across the U.S., as its marketing manager.

“I’m excited to have the opportunity to optimize the brand's messaging and be a part of franchise growth,” said Flynt. “My ultimate goal is to support franchise owners and send the right message about our clubs and how amazing they are.”

Flynt attended the University of Georgia, studying journalism with a specialization in advertising and graphic design. After graduating, she worked for a start-up company specializing in fitness and health for diabetic patients. From there, she was a manager at a gym for two years and then worked for a multi-franchise owner. From the beginning, her passion and career focus revolved around fitness and wellness.

“I have been an athlete my entire life — since I was five,” said Flynt. “I always knew I wanted to do something in fitness, health or athletics. I played sports competitively through high school and college, so I always knew the fitness industry would ultimately be my career path.”

As marketing manager, Flynt acts as a liaison between franchise owners and partners and Flynt’s responsibilities include making connections to ensure franchisees are well-supplied and supported in all aspects of their marketing efforts. She also oversees the brand’s messaging across platforms, including social media and advertising campaigns.

“My goal is to improve our promotions and expand our reach by building value behind each of our clubs,” she said. “I also want to get involved in the community at a local level as well as a national level. Charities with a focus on cancer awareness and research are a big focus of mine, and I’d love to see the brand get involved with those organizations.”

Though Flynt has only been working with Workout Anytime for a short time, she says the team already feels like family.

“Everyone has been so welcoming, and it really has been a great experience so far,” she said. “Leadership has so much faith and belief in me, and it inspires me to do great things with Workout Anytime.”

As the brand grows its team internally, providing more sophisticated resources and support for franchisees, it also aims to expand nationwide with savvy franchise owners. Moving forward, the brand is specifically targeting Alabama, Florida, Indiana, Missouri, Kansas, Texas, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Arizona for growth.

The startup costs for a Workout Anytime franchise range from $562,850 to $1,008,550, including the franchisee fee. To learn more about franchising with Workout Anytime, visit https://workoutanytimefranchise.com/.
