Young Ones to Watch: A.J. Titus, President at Signarama and United Franchise Group
Titus grew up talking about franchising with his family at the dinner table. Now, after more than a decade in the franchise industry himself, he says the biggest lesson he’s learned is to never stop asking questions.
For A.J. Titus, president of sign and digital printing franchise Signarama and its multi-brand parent franchisor United Franchise Group, franchising is a way of life.
As someone who was born into the industry and has spent his entire career there, Titus acquired in-depth experience of the franchise business model from nearly every angle, on both the unit level and the corporate side. In his current role, Titus spearheads the growth of Signarama and United Franchise Group throughout the United States and around the world, developing ways to help franchisees grow their businesses.
1851 Franchise spoke with Titus to learn more about his story, the lessons he’s learned along the way and the advice he has for other young entrepreneurs.
