Dave Thomason says the brand's focus on healthy eating makes it ideal for the region's consumers.

Dave Thomason recently acquired the Pita Pit in Corvallis, Oregon and has plans to further expand throughout the region.
“I’ve actually already been to the Albany area, and there are a couple of existing spots that would make a great location for a Pita Pit. We probably won’t be moving on that until sometime next year,” Thomason told the Corvallis Gazette-Times.
Thomason has extensive experience in the restaurant management industry, having owned and managed over 50 successful restaurants, and sees great potential in Pita Pit.
“They are perceived, and accurately so, to be a healthy choice. There’s no questions demographics out there are leaning that way, toward healthier eating, so it’s a great product,” Thomason told the Corvallis Gazette-Times.
