Florida-based QSR Group Holdings, LLC looking to renovate newly acquired Church’s Chicken locations by 2020.
QSR Group Holdings, LLC recently closed an acquisition of 45 Church’s Chicken restaurants, according to an article on QSR, with locations in Alabama, Georgia, Ohio, and Michigan.
“QSR Group Holdings is well-experienced in the quick-service restaurant space as franchisees and franchisors with more than 200 restaurants in their portfolio,” Pete Servold?, EVP Franchise and Company Operations for Church’s Chicken told QSR Magazine.
According to the article, QSR Group Holdings plans to re-imagine the existing Church’s Chicken locations, with renovations slated to begin in 2020. The newly renovated restaurants will feature “the Church’s Chicken STAR image design,” said the article. The franchise’s new design initiative package, including both interior and exterior updates, will be incorporated into all newly opened or renovated Church’s Chicken locations in the United States.
QSR Group Holdings is rehiring all of the prior operator’s employees in the restaurants they are acquiring, as well as individuals who have served in leadership positions with the prior owner, in order to maintain operational continuity and connection to the surrounding communities.
