Red Robin is testing a new version of its restaurant that will available for delivery orders only. According to a&nbsp;<a href="http://bit.ly/2joRVIK?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=nations-restaurant-news-red-robin-tests-delivery-only-concept-2704823" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="color: rgb(17, 85, 204);" target="_blank">recent article</a>&nbsp;in Nation&#39;s Restaurant News, this downtown Chicago-based&nbsp;location is called Red Robin Express and will also offer catering services.&nbsp;

&ldquo;As the demand for non-traditional dining and off-premise services continue to grow, downtown Chicago presented the perfect location for us to test our new delivery-only concept,&rdquo; said Jason Rusk of Red Robin.

In addition to using staff to complete deliveries, the brand will work with companies such as&nbsp;DoorDash and Amazon to fulfill orders. The test location will offer traditional menu items as well as a variety of items otherwise exclusive to the catering menu.
